Overview:

As a Coordinator in our Surgery or Special Unit at Cleveland Clinic Westlake Medical Campus, you will be responsible for all activities related to the successful completion of all scheduled and unscheduled surgeries, procedures, admissions, and or appointments, including maximizing allocated space based on medical needs and prioritizing admissions and appointments. You will be the first person the patient sees upon surgery and set the tone for how we treat patients and their loved ones. This role provides the opportunity to learn about patients and their needs and gives them a sense of comfort and stability during a day when they may be feeling nervous and anxious.
